Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you inquire about or commission financial application audit services from Operational App Audit Partners (“we”, “us”) via dev-opsanalytics.digital. By submitting a scoping request or accepting a written scope, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

A binding engagement begins only when we issue a written scope (email is sufficient) stating the package type, fee or fee range, review window, and custody arrangements, and you confirm acceptance. Website browsing alone does not create an engagement.

Services

We provide independent desk review and written findings regarding financial consistency and completeness of application materials you supply. We do not provide legal advice, certified public accounting opinions, tax representation, or negotiation with lenders or funders unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

Client responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to share the documents you send us, that figures you author are truthful to the best of your knowledge, and that you will not ask us to alter exhibits in a misleading way. You remain solely responsible for the final filing submitted to any institution.

Intellectual property

Findings briefs, checklists, and templates we create remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use them for your own filing and internal records. You may not resell our briefs as a commercial product. Your underlying application materials remain yours.

Fees and payment

Fees are as stated in the written scope. Deposits, if required, are described there. Informational pricing on this site is not a binding offer.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for loan or grant refusal, delayed decisions by third parties, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Taiwan law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Engagements already accepted in writing continue under the terms referenced in that scope unless both parties agree otherwise.
