Privacy notice

This notice explains how Operational App Audit Partners (“we”) handles personal data when you use dev-opsanalytics.digital or commission a financial application audit.

Data we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided), message content, engagement preferences, and — when an audit begins — copies of application exhibits you send (which may include income, address, identity, and financial information about you or guarantors).

Purposes

We use data to respond to inquiries, perform agreed reviews, issue findings briefs, keep engagement records, improve site reliability, and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics cookies run only if you accept cookies; see our cookies page.

Legal bases

Depending on context: performance of a contract or pre-contract steps; legitimate interests in operating a professional desk and securing our systems; consent for non-essential cookies; and legal obligations where applicable under Taiwan law.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement working copies are retained for 12 months after close-out unless a longer period is required for dispute handling or law, then securely destroyed or returned as agreed. Accounting records follow statutory periods.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting, email, and secure storage providers under confidentiality obligations. We share data with authorities only when legally required.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable contractual and organisational steps to protect it and will inform you in the written scope when a transfer is material to your engagement.

Your rights

Subject to Taiwan personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw cookie consent. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent Taiwan authority.

Security

We use access-limited storage, careful custody of paper binders, and staff confidentiality expectations. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary identity documents.

Updates

We may revise this notice on this page. Significant changes affecting active engagements will be communicated by email when practical.
